Pedestrian Safety Rules: 'Boda, Seoda, Geotda'
The Geochang Police Station in Gyeongnam announced on the 19th that it held a traffic safety campaign on the way to school in the Arim Elementary School child protection zone.
This campaign was held jointly with related organizations to ensure children's traffic safety, with about 20 participants including the Geochang County Construction and Transportation Department, Geochang Office of Education Support Office, Geochang Green Mothers' Union, and the Barugesalgi Council.
Participants in the campaign emphasized the three principles of pedestrian safety rules?'Look, Stop, Walk'?using banners, sashes, and signs around Arim Elementary School, and promoted obligations such as mandatory stop for right turns and adherence to school zone speed limits for drivers.

A police official said, “We will continue to hold campaigns to spread safety awareness within child protection zones to establish a safe traffic culture, and we ask the residents to also participate in creating a safe route to and from school for children within school zones.”
