'Korea Love' Noel Gallagher Adds Special November Performance... "Coming to Korea Is an Awesome Thing"
Special Performance at Myeonghwa Live Hall on the 25th
Noel Gallagher, the legend of British rock and former member of Oasis, will hold a special performance titled 'Special Night in Seoul' at Myeonghwa Live Hall in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul on the 25th of next month, ahead of his official visit to Korea.
According to the performance planning company Bonbu Entertainment on the 18th, Gallagher will have his first concert in Korea in 4 years and 6 months at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul on the 27th and 28th of next month. Originally scheduled for one day, the concert was extended to two days and all seats, including restricted view seats, were sold out.
The Myeonghwa Live Hall, where the special performance will be held, is a venue with a capacity of about 2,000 seats located in the former Myeonghwa Theater. The Myeonghwa Theater, along with Hwayang Theater and Daeji Theater, was known as a sacred place for Hong Kong noir films in the 1980s and 1990s. When 'A Better Tomorrow 2' was released, lead actors such as Chow Yun-fat personally visited this historic venue.
