Sancheong-gun Accepting Applications for Agricultural Income Increase Projects Until November 3
Support Program for Dryers and Low-Temperature Storage Facilities
Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam Province, is accepting applications for the '2024 Agricultural Income Increase Project' and the 'Agricultural Product Dryer and Low-Temperature Storage Support Project' until November 3.
The Agricultural Income Increase Project, a special policy initiative of Sancheong-gun, was established to strengthen farmers' self-reliance and stabilize agricultural management by supporting agricultural production infrastructure.
It subsidizes 50% of the total project cost, with individuals eligible for up to 5 million KRW and producer organizations up to 200 million KRW.
The fields supported include new crop development, quality enhancement, eco-friendly agriculture, and export crop cultivation, aiming to establish a self-sustaining foundation for small-scale and low-income farming households.
The Agricultural Product Dryer and Low-Temperature Storage Support Project provides support for household agricultural product (grain) dryers and small low-temperature storage facilities (under 165㎡).
Farmers (individuals) receive 50% support up to a limit of 5 million KRW.
Farmers and organizations wishing to apply should fill out the application form available at the town and township offices and submit it within the application period.
Selection of recipients will be finalized in January 2024 through review decisions by the town and township review committees and the county review committee.
