Jeonbuk National University Hospital (Director Yoo Hee-cheol) announced on the 13th that it conducted a 'Mutual Respect' campaign to promote and spread a culture of mutual respect in celebration of Mutual Respect Day, held on the 11th of every month.
The Mutual Respect campaign is organized by the Customer and Human Rights Support Office and aims to raise awareness about violence and harassment within the hospital and to establish a culture of mutual respect.

The event, held for two days starting from the 10th in front of the Respiratory Center lobby on the first floor of the main building, involved surveying employees' opinions on the question, "What can we do together for mutual respect?" and distributing hospital mascot souvenirs.
From the 9th of next month, for two days, the opinions gathered from the survey will be disclosed to encourage employee participation, and promotional materials for 'Mutual Respect' will be posted to spread a culture of proper conduct, mutual respect, and consideration among employees.

Director Yoo Hee-cheol stated, "For the establishment of an organizational culture based on mutual respect and consideration, it is important that all executives and staff empathize and practice it," adding, "We will continue our efforts to establish a culture of mutual respect going forward."
