Man in 30s Urgently Arrested for Drug Use and Driving Vehicle
The police have urgently arrested and are investigating a man in his 30s on suspicion of driving a vehicle while under the influence of drugs.

According to the Gwanak Police Station in Seoul on the 6th, Mr. A was caught on the morning of the 5th at around 9:30 AM in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, on charges of driving a rental car after using drugs (violations of the Narcotics Control Act and the Road Traffic Act).
It is reported that Mr. A asked a passerby to report to the police on his behalf, saying that someone was trying to kidnap him. When the police arrived, Mr. A acted incoherently and appeared intoxicated.
