Hanwha Solutions Announces Promotion of 25 Employees... Four of the New Executives Born in the 1980s
Focus on Prioritizing Technical Talent and Strengthening Global Business
Hanwha Solutions announced on the 4th that it will carry out a regular personnel reshuffle, appointing a total of 25 new executives, including four in their 40s. The promotion date is November 1.
The key themes of this personnel reshuffle emphasized by Hanwha Solutions are 'valuing technical personnel' and 'strengthening the global market.'
To fully implement strategic businesses such as new businesses in the renewable energy sector, technical personnel were prioritized, and local overseas personnel were selected to target the global market.
Francisco Varela of Q-Energy France, responsible for the European renewable energy business, was promoted and will serve as a global executive.
Additionally, bold generational changes were made by selecting talents born in the 1980s, including Ryu Hyun-chul (41) from the Chemical division, Kim Ji-hyun (43), Kim Kyu-chul (43) from the Q-Cells division, and Park Soo-kyung (43) from the Strategy division.
Hanwha Solutions plans to swiftly reorganize the organization centered on newly appointed executives to ensure smooth establishment and flawless execution of next year's business plans.
Hanwha Solutions stated, "In a challenging business environment, we will promote company growth by appointing young executives with global capabilities to foster future new growth businesses and pioneer overseas markets."
