2023 Jungnang-gu Community Sports Festival Held
On the 19th, the '2023 Jungnang-gu Harmony Sports Festival,' where all residents come together as one, was held at the Muk-dong Multipurpose Gymnasium in Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Gyeong-gi).
Held for the second time following last year, this sports festival involved about 250 participants, both disabled and non-disabled, forming teams to participate in sports events, fostering mutual understanding, consideration, and harmony.
Various para-sports events such as a cheerful sports day with all participants, sport stacking, and indoor rowing were also conducted.

Ryu Gyeong-gi, Mayor of Jungnang-gu, said, "I hope this event provided a time for everyone to physically engage and interact, realizing that we are all members of one community," adding, "We will continue to do our best to prepare diverse programs so that people with disabilities can enjoy various recreational sports activities and lead healthy lives."
