The "Jungnang Real Estate Asset CEO Course" is an educational program that invites professional instructors in the fields of domestic real estate and general knowledge to provide residents with information necessary for asset management, such as changes and trend analysis in the real estate market, investment, and tax-saving strategies. It started in 2017 and has produced about 400 graduates up to the 6th term.
At the graduation ceremony, activities included watching a video of the past six months of educational activities, awarding certificates of completion, giving merit awards to actively participating students, and presenting exemplary awards.
The graduates stated that based on the knowledge acquired through completing the CEO course over the past six months, they plan to lead the activation of a sharing culture in the local community by engaging in volunteer activities such as providing consultations on real estate-related daily legal matters.
