Lee Nak-yeon said, "Is there any problem with your health? The public is watching this situation with great concern," and added, "I hope you stop the hunger strike and take care of your health."
He continued, "I hope you respect the opinions of the doctors," and said, "I have visited many hunger strike sites of others, and after a certain point, their condition deteriorates rapidly. I hope you do not lose your health."
Lee Jae-myung responded, "I need to take care of my health, but I also think I have to try to stop the reckless actions of the Yoon Seok-yeol government, even if just a little."
Afterwards, Lee Nak-yeon showed concern for Lee Jae-myung’s health, saying that his colleagues were worried as well. After the brief conversation of about 4 minutes, Lee Nak-yeon said, "It must be hard, so I won’t sit for long," and left the place by getting into a prepared car.
After finishing the brief meeting with Lee Jae-myung, Lee Nak-yeon told reporters, "His health must already be deteriorating, and the public is watching this situation with concern," and added, "I told him that I hope he stops the hunger strike and receives help from medical staff."
