Integrated Legal, Tax, Real Estate, and Job Consultations Available in One Place

Jung-gu, Seoul (Mayor Kim Gil-seong) will reopen the 'Visiting Civil Complaint Consultation Office' on the 14th. Residents can receive one-on-one professional consultations with lawyers, job counselors, tax accountants, and certified real estate agents in their neighborhood, greatly enhancing convenience for the citizens. The service is free of charge.
The 'Visiting Civil Complaint Consultation Office' plans to offer consultations in ▲Legal matters (financial issues, compensation, divorce, inheritance, voice phishing, etc.) ▲Tax (inheritance, gifts, acquisition, income tax) ▲Real estate (housing jeonse, lease, sales) ▲Jobs (job seeking, vocational training information, resume consulting). Previously, consultations were conducted separately by department, but now they have been integrated to be available in one place.
The biggest advantage is saving time and costs required to visit experts. It is also expected to be very helpful for everyday concerns that need advice but are burdensome to receive professional consultation for.
Consultations will be held on the 14th from 2 PM to 5 PM at the resting area near Exit 3 of Cheonggu Station. Any Jung-gu resident or anyone living in Jung-gu can receive consultations. Advance reservations can be made by phone through the Planning and Budget Division of the district office, and on-site registration is also available. Consultations are also scheduled for October 12 and November 2.
This 'Visiting Civil Complaint Consultation Office' is the second operation since it was first launched in June. In a survey of participating residents, 75% of respondents said they were 'very satisfied' and expressed a desire for the consultation office to be held more frequently.
