Convenience store CU announced on the 7th that it will release hot packs, a winter item, about two months earlier than usual.

With the temperature difference between day and night increasing and especially after the COVID-19 endemic, the number of people engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, fishing, and golf has significantly increased, CU's strategy is to help consumers by securing inventory in advance.
The hot packs introduced by CU this time are products collaborated with the social welfare corporation Yeontan Bank. Available in three types: extra-large, pocket, and patch, they provide heat for up to 16 hours and reach temperatures up to 70 degrees Celsius.
