Scale-up TIPS is a private-led R&D support program for promising technology-based small and medium-sized ventures. If the operator discovers and invests first (over 1 billion KRW) in promising companies at the scale-up stage, the government provides a follow-up matching investment (matching investment by the Korea Fund of Funds up to 2 billion KRW at a 1:1 ratio).
The Korea Innovative Pharmaceuticals Consortium has consistently promoted cooperation with specialized institutions for the entire R&D cycle, including preclinical and clinical stages.
