Seongbuk-gu, Seoul (Mayor Lee Seung-ro) has prepared an educational program to strengthen the capabilities of village media content production. The "Seongbuk Village Content Creator Academy" will be held from September 19 to November 16 at the Seongbuk Village Media Support Center (82 Arirang-ro, Seongbuk-gu).
The program consists of 16 sessions over 8 weeks, held twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Participants will learn production skills through hands-on practice in planning, filming, editing, and production, and under the guidance of professional instructors, they will challenge themselves to create content directly. They can experience the entire process of becoming a content creator.

An official from Seongbuk-gu stated, "We plan to provide consulting to help residents who have completed the Seongbuk Village Content Creator Academy to later work as village content creators in Seongbuk-gu."
