Changwon Special City Holds Ceremony for 'Gender Equality Changwon: Working and Caring Together'
On the 4th, Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam held the '2023 Gender Equality Week Commemoration Ceremony' at the SECO Convention Hall, attended by 700 people including women's organizations and citizens.
Under the theme of 'Gender Equality in Changwon: Working Together, Caring Together,' the ceremony featured congratulatory performances, awards for contributors to gender equality, a gender equality 'balance' performance, and a talk show by writer Kwak Jeong-eun.
At the ceremony, seven individuals, including representatives of individuals, organizations, and companies recognized for their contributions to gender equality, received awards. Additionally, certificates and prize money were awarded to the winners of the 7th Gender Equality Content Contest held over the past two months.
