Seongnam City to Conduct 'Official Land Price Inspection and Opinion Hearing' for Divided and Merged Lands... Until the 25th of This Month
Seongnam City in Gyeonggi Province will open the individual official land prices as of July 1 this year for public inspection and opinion collection from the 4th to the 25th of this month.
The target includes 252 land parcels where land division or consolidation occurred between January 1 and June 30 this year.
Seongnam City calculated the individual official land prices based on the standard land prices determined and announced by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and completed verification by certified appraisers.
Inspection of the calculated prices can be done through the Real Estate Official Price Information System (www.realtyprice.kr) or the city and district office websites.
Landowners and stakeholders who have opinions regarding the individual official land prices can submit their opinion statements to the district office where the land is located by the 25th of this month.

For lands with submitted opinions, certified appraisers will re-examine the land characteristics and investigate whether the prices maintain balance with the standard land prices or nearby land prices. After review by the Seongnam City Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, the submitters will be notified, and the individual official land prices will be finalized and announced on October 31.
