[This Week's IPO] Demand Forecast and Subscription Schedule for the First Week of September
In the first week of this month (September), IMT, Inwave Systems, Millie's Library, and Hanssak will conduct demand forecasting targeting institutional investors.
◆IMT= IMT, established in 2000, is a semiconductor process equipment company engaged in dry cleaning equipment business using Laser and Carbon Dioxide (CO2), and the only domestic extreme ultraviolet mask laser baking (EUV Mask Laser Baking) equipment business.
The total number of shares offered is 1.58 million, with a desired offering price band of 10,500 KRW to 12,000 KRW per share. Demand forecasting will be conducted for five business days from September 6 to 12 to finalize the offering price, followed by a general public subscription over two days on the 18th and 19th. The lead underwriter for the listing is Yuanta Securities.
◆Inwave Systems= Founded in 2002, Inwave Systems is a web standards specialized software (SW) company providing customized digital transformation solutions for business innovation. It developed HTML5-based web standard solutions, a leading technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution era.
A total of 1.1 million shares will be offered. The expected offering price is between 20,000 KRW and 24,000 KRW, with a total offering amount of 22 billion to 26.4 billion KRW. Demand forecasting is scheduled from the 6th to the 12th, followed by general subscription on the 14th and 15th, aiming to complete the listing within September. Shin Young Securities is the lead underwriter.
◆Millie's Library= Millie's Library, established in 2016, is a reading platform company that launched Korea's first monthly subscription e-book service in October 2017. Based on book IP, it has developed various multimedia book contents such as audiobooks, audio dramas, chatbooks (chat-type reading content), docent books, and object books, enhancing both convenience and interest in reading.
A total of 1.5 million shares will be offered. The desired offering price band is 20,000 KRW to 23,000 KRW, with a total expected offering amount of 30 billion to 34.5 billion KRW. Demand forecasting will be held from September 7 to 13, followed by subscription from September 18 to 19, with plans to list on the KOSDAQ market in September. The lead underwriter is Mirae Asset Securities.
◆Hanssak= Hanssak holds Korea's first patent for InfiniBand technology and launched a domestic manganese data transmission security solution, leading the third generation of information security technology and securing the market. Through its top-tier security solution status in Korea, it possesses various solution know-how covering all generations from existing on-premises IT environments to cloud IT environments.

A total of 1.5 million shares will be offered. The desired offering price range is 8,900 KRW to 11,000 KRW. After demand forecasting for five days from September 8 to 14, general investor subscription will be conducted over September 19 and 20. The lead underwriter is KB Securities.
