Prosecutors Indict Former Samsung Electronics Employee for Leaking 'Semiconductor Core Technology'
The Information Technology Crime Investigation Division of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Lee Seong-beom) on the 30th indicted former Samsung Electronics senior researcher Lee Mo (51) without detention on charges of leaking core DRAM semiconductor technology (violation of the Industrial Technology Protection Act).
