Mobility service company KORAIL Distribution announced on the 30th that it has produced a safety guidebook to prevent safety accidents at railway station stores nationwide.
KORAIL Distribution created the safety guidebook in booklet form so that employees at over 960 railway station stores nationwide can easily access it, and distributed QR codes for mobile viewing.
The main contents of the safety guidebook include △actual store safety accident cases △employees' safety and health obligations △safety risk factors by store △and response procedures in case of safety accidents.
In particular, actual safety accident cases that occurred in stores and specific risk factors for safety accidents by store type were presented to help store employees easily relate to them.
Through the production of this safety guidebook, it is expected to prevent safety accidents involving customers and employees that may occur at railway station stores and to improve emergency response procedures.
