[One Day Ten Thousand Steps, One Day One Thousand Characters] Asia Economy - WalkOn Join Hands to Promote Walking
Asia Economy announced on the 29th that it has signed a business agreement with Swalabi to promote national brain health and encourage walking. Swalabi is the operator of the mobile healthcare application 'WalkOn'.
Asia Economy and Swalabi have agreed to collaborate on nationwide events such as walking challenges to spread the 'Harumanbo Harucheonja (Hamanhacheon) Exercise' as a national movement. Swalabi will operate the 'Hamanhacheon Walking Challenge' as a seasonal program through WalkOn. The two companies will also work together to develop projects linking policies, education, research, and promotion related to national brain health, walking, and other health activities. Asia Economy will promote the use of the WalkOn app as a mobile platform for walking challenges and strive to establish evidence-based health policies by utilizing big data collected from walking activities.
Woo Byung-hyun, CEO of Asia Economy, said, "In an ultra-aged society, prevention is the only way for all citizens to have healthy and sharp brains," adding, "We will cooperate to encourage many people to participate in brain health exercises."

Since this year, Asia Economy has been conducting the 'Harumanbo Harucheonja' exercise as part of a nationwide brain health project. It is a movement to prepare for a healthy centenarian era by practicing daily walking and writing. Walking and writing have been proven through domestic and international research to be the easiest ways to maintain brain health in daily life. In June, the 'Hamanhacheon National Movement Headquarters,' a cooperative organization involving various sectors, was also launched.
