No Issues at Busan Port!… BPA Conducts 2023 Eulji Exercise
Busan Port Authority (BPA) conducted the Eulji Exercise for four days starting from the 21st to actively respond to national emergencies.
This year’s Eulji Exercise also involved related organizations such as Busan Port Security Corporation and Busan Port Facility Management Center. On the 25th, a "Busan Port Integrated Defense Drill" was conducted at Pier 8 of Busan Port, simulating a scenario of enemy maritime infiltration and drone-based terrorism.
The exercise included participation from the Army’s 53rd Division, multiple military units, the Security Corporation, police, fire stations, and other related agencies. During the drill, the agencies swiftly carried out their respective roles such as blocking infiltrating enemies, drone suppression, explosive ordnance disposal, and fire suppression.
