Changwon Facilities Corporation Aims to Be 'Top Institution' in Next Year's Management Evaluation
Meeting Held to Review Measures for Enhancing Business Performance
On the 25th, Changwon Facilities Corporation in Gyeongnam, which was selected as an "Excellent Institution (Grade B)" in the local public enterprise management evaluation hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, announced that it held a meeting to review and enhance management performance.
The corporation achieved a "Grade B," one grade higher than last year, in this management evaluation that focused on innovation efforts and financial soundness among 279 local public enterprises nationwide.
Accordingly, the corporation analyzed the results of this management evaluation and held this review meeting to prepare improvement measures for insufficient areas and to enhance management performance for the next year.
Presided over by Chairman Kim Jonghae, about 10 participants including those responsible for each management evaluation indicator attended the meeting to discuss ways to improve performance with the goal of becoming the top institution (Grade A) in next year’s management evaluation.
In particular, they focused on reviewing budget-saving efforts in line with the government’s innovation of local public institutions, revenue increase plans, customer satisfaction, and disaster and safety management.
