Lotte Card will temporarily suspend its services on the 27th due to a system upgrade.
On the 27th, from 1:30 AM to 6:30 AM, Lotte Card announced on the 25th that all services except for in-person physical card payments and card loss registration/cancellation through the customer center will be temporarily suspended.
During this maintenance period, online payments and pay services (such as LocaPay, Samsung Pay, etc.) will be unavailable, except for in-person physical card payments. Financial services (short-term card loans, long-term card loans) and services on the Lotte Card DigiRoca app and website will also be inaccessible. The customer center will only handle card loss registration and cancellation.
