HS Ad Selected as No.1 Agency for Marketing Performance at 'Effie Awards'
HS Ad, an LG-affiliated advertising company, announced on the 24th that it was selected as the advertising company with the most outstanding marketing performance over the past 10 years at the 10th anniversary of the ‘2023 Effie Awards Korea.’
The Effie Awards is a global award that evaluates the effectiveness of marketing. Unlike other advertising awards that focus on creativity, it is a ceremony that assesses how much an advertising campaign has actually contributed to marketing performance by evaluating the effective aspects of the campaign. It has been held in Korea since 2014 and marked its 10th anniversary this year.
The ‘Best of Best Marketing of Ten Years’ award, which HS Ad won, is given to the advertising company with the most outstanding award record in history. HS Ad ranked first in this category and was recognized as the agency with the most outstanding marketing performance over the past decade. In addition, HS Ad was also selected as the Most Effective Agency of the Year, celebrating a double honor.
In the campaign category, HS Ad received a total of seven main awards, including one Gold, two Silver, and four Bronze awards. The ‘No Dam Members’ campaign by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, produced by HS Ad, was awarded both Gold and Silver for being a campaign that strengthened the will to not smoke by fostering a strong sense of solidarity and pride in non-smoking among the youth generation, which achieved the lowest smoking rate ever.
Additionally, HS Ad won a Silver award for Woowa Brothers’ ‘Super Fresh Grocery Shopping Baemin B Mart,’ and Bronze awards for SBI Savings Bank’s ‘SBI Writing Contest Campaign,’ Finda’s ‘Loan Control to You’ campaign, and Korea Tourism Organization’s ‘Feel the Rhythm of Korea Season 3’ campaign.
