Gwanak-gu (District Mayor Park Jun-hee) has opened the ‘Gwanak Branch No. 5 Our Neighborhood Care Center (30-6 Nanggok-ro 16-gil, 2nd floor, Gwanak-gu)’, a place where parents can safely leave their children in the neighborhood.

‘Regular care’ is available on desired days and times for a fixed period of one month or more, while ‘temporary care’ is available irregularly due to school closures, public holidays, or urgent reasons of the user.
The newly opened ‘Gwanak Branch No. 5 (30-6 Nanggok-ro 16-gil, 2nd floor)’ has a capacity of 30 children for regular care and 6 children for temporary care, and is available to any child aged 6 to 12 in need of care.
Operating hours are from 1 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the school term, and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. during vacations. The fee is 50,000 KRW per month for regular care and 2,500 KRW per day for temporary care.
Those wishing to use the center can apply via the Seoul ‘Our Neighborhood Care Portal’ or by phone to Gwanak Branch No. 5.
