Mokpo City Holds 'God's Merchant Strategy Academy' in Preparation for the National Sports Festival

Mokpo City is conducting the ‘God’s Business Strategy Academy’ for service industry workers in the area ahead of the National Sports Festival and the National Paralympic Games.
According to the city on the 18th, an opening ceremony was held on the 17th for about 40 small business owners from food service, lodging, retail, printing, and other industries. The grand program, consisting of a total of 9 sessions including 7 weekly Thursday classes and 2 special lectures, will run until the 27th.
Mokpo City holds the entrance ceremony for the New Business Strategy Academy and officially begins the lectures.

This academy will be conducted with practical and innovative customized consulting methods covering △20 strategies to create value △11 strategies to increase sales △7 strategies to maximize profits △how to open the customer’s brain △behavioral economics and self-employment △visual communication strategies △complete mastery of promotional marketing △hygiene service and sales strategies in preparation for the National Sports Festival.
The instructor is Kim Yujin, a former PD of MBC Entertainment Production Department and author of multiple bestsellers such as ‘God of Business’ and ‘Business is Strategy.’
Kim Yujin is a food columnist and dining industry consultant who has trained over 1,000 disciples nationwide and helped more than 300 companies become star stores.
With the National Sports Festival, the largest domestic sports event, scheduled for October and the National Paralympic Games in November, Mokpo City’s strategy is to catch two rabbits at once by providing this customized education to offer tourists a high-class image of Mokpo City and to pass on business secrets and know-how to small business owners, leading to income generation.
A city official said, “This academy course was prepared to cultivate citizens’ mindset ahead of the National Sports Festival and the National Paralympic Games,” adding, “We will continue to implement various programs to do our best in establishing the image of Mokpo as a tourist city in Korea.”

Meanwhile, the ‘God’s Business Strategy Academy’ promoted by Mokpo City started in 2020 and is being held for the fourth time this year. A survey conducted among the 2022 graduates showed that 85% responded ‘very satisfied,’ with many reporting ‘a definite increase in sales (sales increased by 10?40%)’ and ‘a high level of actual impact,’ demonstrating a very positive response.
