Lotte Healthcare and iMedisin Sign MOU to Promote AI Collaboration
Lotte Healthcare, which operates the personalized health management platform 'CAZZLE,' announced on the 17th that it signed a business cooperation memorandum of understanding (MOU) on the afternoon of the 16th with iMediSyn, an AI-based digital mental healthcare platform company.

Founded in 2012, iMediSyn is a company that provides comprehensive solutions through an AI automatic analysis cloud platform by measuring brainwaves. It is explained that mental health can be monitored and cared for in various environments.
At the signing ceremony, Woo Woong-jo, Head of Business Division at Lotte Healthcare, Kang Seung-wan, CEO of iMediSyn, and other key officials from both companies attended to share healthcare business know-how and discuss business cooperation from a mid- to long-term perspective. They plan to jointly develop healthcare business models in areas such as wellness and senior care using AI technology, establish a mid- to long-term cooperation structure including branding and joint marketing, and promote technological advancement as strategic partners.

A Lotte Healthcare official stated, “We plan to provide brainwave measurement services to CAZZLE platform users in the future,” adding, “Based on the analysis results, we will offer customized health guides and are also considering jointly developing business models applicable to the senior care sector.”
