Hyundai Motor Securities Focuses on Digital Customers Through Digital PB Center
Start of Night Consultation Service for Reservation and PB Designation Consultations
Hyundai Motor Securities announced on the 16th that its Digital PB Center will provide various forms of consultation services, focusing on intensive care for digital customers.
Opened on the 26th of last month, the Digital PB Center is a digital-specialized branch offered as part of Hyundai Motor Securities' services for digital customers, where clients can receive various investment information and portfolio consultations from digital PBs composed of investment experts.
First, for reservation consultations, customers can pre-book their preferred time and consultation topics through Hyundai Motor Securities' Mobile Trading System (MTS) "Naeil." For customers with previous consultation history, designated consultations with a preferred digital PB are also available.
Additionally, the newly launched evening consultation service extends consultation hours from the previous 5 PM to 9 PM, reflecting customer demand for consultations after work hours.
All consultations are conducted via phone through the center's dedicated number, covering four consultation areas: domestic stocks, overseas stocks, financial products, and Individual Retirement Pension (IRP). Customers can receive professional asset care such as asset diagnosis and asset rebalancing.
