Rolling Pasta Unveils 4 New Menu Items Targeting Preference-Based Consumption
Rolling Pasta, a brand under The Born Korea, announced on the 16th that it will launch a total of four new menu items, ranging from main dishes to beverages.
Rolling Pasta developed four new menu items including pasta, pizza, pilaf, and beverages to keep up with the trend of preference for differentiated menus. The aim is to significantly expand the range of menu choices and satisfy the needs of various age groups visiting Rolling Pasta.
First, the ‘Diavola Pizza’ offers a spicy yet mild flavor with generous pepperoni and ricotta cheese on a special sauce. Instead of mozzarella cheese, premium fresh ricotta cheese and extra virgin olive oil are used to provide a more luxurious spicy taste.
The ‘Bulgogi Pilaf’ is filled with bulgogi full of grilled flavor, boasting a taste that any Korean would prefer. It is offered in two flavors: the basic flavor emphasizing the sweet and savory taste unique to bulgogi, and the Cheongyang flavor with added spicy Cheongyang chili peppers, allowing customers to choose according to their preference. The ‘Seafood Oil Pasta’ features a rich umami flavor with abundant seafood such as squid, clams, and shrimp, combined with Rolling Pasta’s secret sauce.
