The Plaza Hosts Korea's Largest Sneaker Exhibition... "Bringing Joy to MZ Generation"
Until September 10th
Hanwha Hotels & Resorts announced on the 14th that The Plaza will introduce the 'Check-in Art' package, allowing guests to enjoy both relaxation and exhibitions.
Since last spring, The Plaza has been offering the Check-in Art package, which lets guests enjoy hotel rooms and exhibitions simultaneously. The popular exhibitions included in the package change quarterly, and this time, they have decided to showcase the London Design Museum's world tour exhibition, "Sneakers Unboxed Seoul."
"Sneakers Unboxed Seoul" is the largest sneakers exhibition in Korea, featuring the history and future of sneakers. Visitors can see about 800 items, including the Air Jordan collection and globally trending products. Especially notable is the "Our Wall," a 6-meter-high wall stacked with 364 pairs of sneakers, which has become a hot topic among sneaker enthusiasts. When visitors' shoes are reflected in the mirror, a total of 365 pairs of sneakers can be seen at once. Additionally, there is a space showcasing Korean sneaker culture and related merchandise. The exhibition is held at the Sejong Center Art Gallery until September 10.
