Heavy Rain Accompanied by Strong Winds... 35 Damage Reports Received in Sejong
As the 6th typhoon 'Khanun' approached, 35 cases of damage occurred in Sejong City on the 10th, including an underpass being flooded and 14 trees being uprooted.
According to the Sejong City Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters, around 10:50 a.m. that day, the Eojin Underpass behind the Government Sejong Complex in Eojin-dong was flooded, causing traffic in both directions to be restricted.
Around noon that day, the railing of Cafe Meta45 on the 45th floor of a residential-commercial complex apartment in Naseong-dong was severely shaken by strong winds, posing a risk of falling. The 119 Special Rescue Team urgently dispatched and dismantled the railing.
