'Carrot Market Hyehwa Station Murder Threat' 30s Chinese Man Arrested and Sent to Prosecution
A Chinese national who posted an online notice threatening to carry out a stabbing rampage at Hyehwa Station on Seoul Subway Line 4 has been handed over to the prosecution.

View original imageAccording to the police on the 10th, the Hyehwa Police Station in Seoul arrested and sent to prosecution Wang Mo (31), a Chinese national, on charges including intimidation around 8 a.m. that day.
Wang is suspected of posting on Danggeun Market at around 9 a.m. on the 4th a message stating, "I will carry out a stabbing rampage at Hyehwa Station from 3 p.m. to midnight on the 5th." After receiving the report, the police identified the suspect by tracing the internet address and arrested Wang at his home in Jongno-gu, Seoul, on the morning of the 5th.
