Gwangju Police, Kindness Training for 112 Reception and Analysis Personnel
On the 7th, the Gwangju Metropolitan Police Agency announced that it conducted training on empathetic communication and non-violent dialogue techniques for 100 112 operators.
The training took place over two days, from the 3rd to the 4th, with a professional external instructor invited to lead the sessions.
Lectures were held on topics such as kinder responses to civil complaints over the phone, more reliable emergency report reception, warmer words, and understanding non-violent communication.
