This allows customers to choose personalized services from the travel product selection stage, increasing satisfaction, and enables travelers to travel with peace of mind thanks to responsible service and meticulous care from veteran guides with regional expertise.
The products are planned focusing on major destinations popular among travelers, including Japan, Europe, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, and China. In the future, Hana Tour's live commerce platform 'Hana LIVE' will feature star guides who will provide vivid information and directly explain and sell travel products.
