Woori Bank Launches Customized Non-Face-to-Face Consultation Service for Individual Entrepreneurs
‘WON Soho Concierge’ Launch
Woori Bank announced on the 27th that it will launch ‘WON Soho Concierge,’ a one-on-one non-face-to-face financial consultation service for individual business owners.
Individual business owners selected as WON Soho Concierge customers can access Woori Bank’s mobile banking (WON Banking or Woori WON Corporate Banking) anytime to receive customized dedicated management services through one-on-one TALK consultations with dedicated staff or an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot.
This service includes ▲recommendations and new process handling for deposit and loan financial products ▲management of maturity for financial products subscribed by individual business owners ▲provision of dedicated pages, content, and events ▲comparison and recommendation of loan products for individual business owners. Notably, it is designed to enable consultation, recommendation, and execution all at once remotely, reflecting the principles of suitability, appropriateness, and explanation obligations stipulated by the Financial Consumer Protection Act, making it the first in the banking sector to do so.
A Woori Bank official stated, “We plan to continuously enhance various services so that the WON Soho Concierge service can establish itself as a digital specialized sales channel for individual business owners that leverages the strengths of non-face-to-face interactions.”

Meanwhile, to commemorate the opening of WON Soho Concierge, Woori Bank is conducting a roulette event until the 31st of next month, giving 100% prizes to the first 2,023 customers who complete their first consultation (on a first-come, first-served basis). Additionally, a comment event will be held until the end of this year, where 100 people will be selected monthly by lottery to receive prizes.
