So far, lunch has been provided to a total of over 62,300 children.
Previously, meals were prepared and served directly at cooking facilities within the complexes, but after the spread of COVID-19, the method was changed to lunchboxes.
This year, LH Happy Meal secured a total budget of 1.2 billion KRW, including 1.1 billion KRW from LH’s project funds and 100 million KRW in donations from Mercedes-Benz. Through this, lunchboxes can be provided to children in 220 national rental housing complexes nationwide. The project officially started on the 25th at Samsung Village Complex 1 in Gunpo, Gyeonggi Province.
