Busan Office of Education Operates Summer Vacation Job Training for Educational Welfare Workers
The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education will conduct a summer vacation job training session on the 27th and 28th at the Chambeot Theater of Busan National University of Education for 152 school and education support office educational welfare officers.
This job training aims to enhance the professionalism and self-efficacy of those in charge of the Educational Welfare Priority Support Project, and will be conducted in a field-customized manner to improve educational welfare officers' case intervention and problem-solving skills for educationally vulnerable students.
The training is organized into four themes reflecting the results of a prior needs survey: strengthening counseling techniques such as bibliotherapy to help understand youth anxiety and depression; expert supervision on complex problem types of target students; supporting healthy physical and mental growth of adolescents; and psychology through reading fairy tales!
