Dong-A Pharmaceutical sent a total of 30,000 bottles of 'Bacchus D', with 15,000 bottles each to the logistics centers of the National Disaster Relief Association located in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, and Hamyang, Gyeongnam Province. The delivered Bacchus will be sequentially distributed to disaster victims, volunteers, and on-site recovery personnel in flood-affected areas nationwide, including Chungbuk and Gyeongbuk, which suffered severe damage from the heavy rains.
Dong-A Pharmaceutical and the Dong-A Socio Group continue to fulfill their social responsibilities by supporting the recovery of neighbors facing difficulties due to disasters and calamities. Last year, they deployed a volunteer pharmacy truck to assist residents affected by wildfires in Uljin-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, delivering fatigue recovery tonics, bottled water, and medicines, and donated 100 million KRW raised through an employee step donation campaign. In April, they also provided emergency relief supplies during the wildfires in Gangwon Province, and donated 100 million KRW in relief funds to support recovery efforts following the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.
