Sex Crime Perpetrator Trespasses Victim's Home and Kills Pet Dog
Yeonggwang Police Station in Jeollanam-do announced on the 19th that they have applied for an arrest warrant for a man in his 60s, Mr. A, who was urgently arrested on charges of trespassing at the victim's house while on trial for a sex crime (special property damage and trespassing).
Mr. A is accused of breaking into Mr. B's house in a certain location in Yeonggwang-gun at around 6:30 PM the previous day and killing a dog raised by Mr. B inside the house with a blunt weapon.
Police investigation revealed that he committed this act while on trial for forcibly molesting Mr. B.
Mr. A, who suffers from a mental illness, was on trial without detention, and it is reported that he committed this act after being discharged from a psychiatric hospital.
At the time of the incident, no one was at Mr. B's house, and a passerby who witnessed the scene reported it to the police.
