Jangseong-gun Announces Public Proposal Contest for County Development Until the 31st... Prize Money 1 Million Won
Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 17th that it will hold the "2023 County Administration Development Proposal Contest for Change and Innovation, and the Future Development of Jangseong" until the 31st.
The purpose of this contest is to discover creative proposals to improve the quality of life for residents and revitalize the local economy.
The contest categories include ▲ proposals related to population and youth such as encouraging childbirth and attracting living population ▲ overall improvement directions for enhancing residents' quality of life ▲ policy proposals for revitalizing the local economy and enhancing regional competitiveness ▲ ways to improve work methods and innovate organizational culture ▲ plans to activate the city as a tourism and festival hub and enhance the county's image.
Eligibility is open to anyone interested in Jangseong county administration regardless of region or age.
Applications can be submitted online through the National Petition System, as well as via email, mail, fax, or in person.
However, items that have already been adopted or are in progress, simple suggestions or complaints, matters that are conventionally inapplicable, or issues outside the scope of county administrative affairs are excluded from the contest.
Submitted proposals will be reviewed by relevant departments for policy feasibility and efficiency, followed by a practical review, and the County Administration Coordination Committee will make the final decision on outstanding proposals and their ratings.
Outstanding proposals will be awarded prizes up to 1 million KRW, and the county plans to actively reflect them in its administration.
