Hyundai Construction Technology Training Center, Recruiting Trainees for the Second Half of 2023
Hyundai Construction Technology Training Center announced on the 17th that it is recruiting trainees for the second half of 2023.
The recruitment fields include a total of 10 courses such as Construction Quality Management, Construction Project Management, Safety and Health Management, High-Tech Plant, and Plant Electrical. Each field will be conducted in two sessions: the first session from June 30 to October 6, and the second session from September 26 to December 11. Up to 30 trainees will be recruited per course, and the training period varies from 4 to 7 months depending on the course.
All courses are conducted as national key and strategic industry (government-funded) programs, with the government fully supporting training materials, textbooks, and other practical materials including tuition fees. Eligible applicants are those who possess a National Tomorrow Learning Card and are taking national key and strategic industry job training for the first time, with no restrictions on age or gender.
In particular, graduates of the training program can receive preferential hiring benefits from Hyundai Construction and Hyundai Engineering, as well as employment support at domestic and international sites of similar construction companies and partner companies.
Since its establishment in 1977, Hyundai Construction Technology Training Center has produced over 38,000 construction personnel based on its field-oriented and differentiated training operation know-how.
It is the only construction specialized manpower training institution among domestic construction companies, recording a high employment rate of 85% last year. Additionally, it has been selected as an excellent training institution by the Ministry of Employment and Labor for five consecutive years and has received the Minister’s Awards from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Ministry of Employment and Labor twice, recognizing its contribution to training construction technical personnel.
