Gwanak-gu Announces Approval of the Project Implementation Plan for ‘New Seoul Apartment, Gaenari · Yeolmang Yeonrip Housing Reconstruction and Maintenance Project’

Transforming aged row houses and low-rise apartments into 9 residential buildings with 306 units, ranging from 3 basement floors to 16 above-ground floors
Gwanak-gu (Mayor Park Junhee) approved the project implementation plan for the ‘New Seoul Reconstruction’ project, a housing reconstruction and maintenance project for New Seoul Apartment and Gaenari · Yeolmang Yeonrip in the Sinlim-dong 739 area, and issued the official notice on July 13.
The approval of the ‘New Seoul Reconstruction Project Implementation Plan’ is the first such approval in about 17 years since the approval of the reconstruction project implementation plan for Gangnam Apartment (Sinlim-dong 1644, Hillstate New Fore Apartment), which was completed in August last year.
The district conducted a public inspection and announcement for the approval of the project implementation plan for New Seoul Apartment, Gaenari · Yeolmang Yeonrip Reconstruction and Maintenance Project from April 13 to April 27, and granted approval on July 5.
The newly announced project implementation plan involves transforming approximately 40-year-old aged row houses and low-rise apartments into 9 residential buildings with a total of 306 units, applying a site area of 14,656㎡ and a floor area ratio of 233.16%, with buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 16 above-ground floors.
The project period is within 3 years from the date of approval of the project implementation plan, and the project will be carried out through a trust method.
The district plans to do its best to ensure the smooth progress of the New Seoul reconstruction project as planned.

Park Junhee, Mayor of Gwanak-gu, said, “The approval of the project implementation plan for the New Seoul reconstruction project has opened the way for the promotion of reconstruction and maintenance projects in Gwanak-gu,” and added, “We will do our best to respond to residents’ expectations through prompt review and promotion of future procedures.”
