Throughout last night, heavy rain poured across Seoul and the central region, leading to closures around the Han River.
On the morning of the 14th, Seocho District Office announced, "Due to the rising water level of the Han River, the Banpo, Jamwon, and Shinjamwon interchanges are scheduled for emergency closure around 8 a.m."
They added, "Residents using Banpo and Jamwon Han River Parks are urged to quickly move outside the Han River Park." Seocho District Office has sent this information via safety alert messages.

On this day, many urban expressways in Seoul were under control. According to the Seoul Transportation Information System (TOPIS), from 4:50 a.m., the entire section of Jamsu Bridge in both directions was closed. The ramp entering Sagun on the Inner Circular Road and the section from Majang ramp to Seongdong JC were closed, and both directions of the underpasses of Yeongdong 1 Bridge and Yangjaecheon Bridge on Yangjaecheon-ro were also closed.
