CareDoc and Sun Engineering Sign Business Agreement... Collaboration to Develop Senior Towns in the Metropolitan Area
CareDoc announced on the 12th that it will partner with Sun Engineering to launch an urban senior town development project in the metropolitan area.
The two companies have agreed to expand housing projects and develop services to address the care gap for seniors in Korea. To this end, they will collaborate on ▲consulting and marketing for senior housing product development ▲operational cooperation for stable management ▲senior-specialized architectural design.

The first project after the agreement is to create a senior town that provides living spaces and care services optimized for the senior life cycle. Among these, they plan to focus on expanding senior town infrastructure in the metropolitan area to realize 'AIP (Aging In Place),' which allows seniors to spend their remaining years in their residential area.
