OneQ Pay → Hana Pay… Hana Financial Group Revamps Pay Platform
UX·UI Improvements... Evolving into a 'Saenghwal Yeojeong Platform'
Hana Financial Group is changing the name of its simple payment platform from 'OneQ Pay' to 'Hana Pay'.
On the 12th, Hana Card announced that it has changed and revamped Hana Financial Group's pay platform brand from ‘OneQ Pay’ to ‘Hana Pay’. The strategy is to strengthen the role of 'Hana Pay' and fully deploy services necessary for daily life and journeys, advancing it as a lifestyle journey platform.
Earlier in March, a preference survey for Hana Financial Group's pay platform brand showed that preference for Hana Pay (76.3%) was about three times higher than for OneQ Pay (23.7%). Additionally, big data-based related word analysis revealed that the recognition rate of Hana Financial Group-OneQ Pay was relatively low.
Along with the change to ‘Hana Pay’, the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) were also significantly revamped. First, on the main screen of Hana Pay called ‘My’, lifestyle and journey-related services closely connected to daily life, such as Hana Card’s specialized high-appeal travel and direct purchase services, AI-recommended restaurants, and mobile ID cards, were fully deployed. The overseas travel-specialized travel blog service was also reflected on the main screen.
For intuitive payments, unnecessary steps and page exits were minimized from payment entry to completion, and payment benefit events were arranged at the bottom of the page so users can check benefit details just before payment. In addition, the QR payment screen was optimized to activate offline payments, and QR payment benefit events are also provided. Real-time checking of check card balances was also enabled.
Furthermore, the benefit screen was designed to display customized events selected by analyzing customers’ payment usage patterns. Events with significant benefits were enhanced with UI effects including three-dimensional effects to increase focus.
