Train operations on Seoul Subway Line 1 between Yeongdeungpo Station and Geumcheon-gu Office Station were suspended and then resumed due to heavy rain.
On the 11th, Korail announced that train operations on Seoul Subway Line 1 were suspended from around 3:56 PM and resumed around 4:12 PM.
The section where train operations were suspended was between Yeongdeungpo Station and Geumcheon-gu Office Station.
A Korail official stated, "Train operations were suspended in the affected section due to hourly rainfall exceeding 70mm caused by heavy rain, in accordance with safety regulations, and resumed once the rain subsided."

At around 4 PM, emergency disaster messages were sent to areas in Seoul with concentrated rainfall, including Guro-gu (Guro-dong), Yeongdeungpo-gu (Daerim-dong, Singil-dong), and Dongjak-gu (Daebang-dong, Sindaebang-dong, Sangdo-dong, Sangdo 1-dong).
