During the rainy season, Lotte Mart and Super utilized the CA storage technology developed by the Lotte Fresh Quality Innovation Center to prevent a decrease in sweetness.
CA is a technology that optimizes temperature, humidity, and oxygen concentration to maintain the freshness and sweetness of products uniformly as they were at the time of harvest. About 100 tons of watermelons have been secured since the end of last month.
