Boseong-gun Signs Business Agreement with Ire Youth Counseling and Education Center
Promotion of Private Investment Projects for Welfare Facilities for Persons with Disabilities
On the 6th, Boseong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that Boseong-gun and the Ire Youth Counseling and Education Center signed a business agreement for a private investment project related to welfare facilities for the disabled at the second-floor meeting room of the county office.
The signing ceremony was attended by Kim Cheol-woo, the governor of Boseong-gun, Lee Sang-oh, the representative of the Ire Youth Counseling and Education Center, along with about 10 related officials and project personnel.
The Ire Youth Counseling and Education Center, which signed the agreement, plans to invest 50 billion KRW in the Bibong-ri area of Deukryang-myeon, Boseong-gun, aiming to support welfare and health for the disabled, elderly, and youth, and to improve rehabilitation medical services by 2026.
They also plan to promote the construction of a water walking station (an indoor walking exercise device) and lodging facilities.
Kim Cheol-woo, governor of Boseong-gun, said, "It is essential to establish a strong welfare safety net so that no neighbor is left behind," adding, "We will do our best to provide administrative support for the successful investment in this project to install welfare facilities for the disabled."
