Sale of 11 Plots in Paju Seonyu, Pyeongtaek Oseong, and Anseong Wongok Industrial Logistics Complexes
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will supply a total of 11 lots, including 2 parking lots and 9 support facility lots, in the Paju Seonyu and Pyeongtaek Oseong industrial complexes and Anseong Wongok logistics complex through a competitive bidding process for general demanders.
The expected supply prices are ▲ Paju Seonyu Industrial Complex (8 lots) from 498,355,000 to 808,705,000 KRW ▲ Pyeongtaek Oseong Industrial Complex (2 lots) from 933,019,000 to 2,647,700,000 KRW ▲ Anseong Wongok Logistics Complex (1 lot) 180,339,000 KRW.
The supply amounts vary depending on the project district and individual lots.
The Paju Seonyu Industrial Complex is a general industrial complex developed as a cooperative complex of the Paju LCD Industrial Complex, located within approximately 3 km radius from the Seoul-Munsan Expressway. It is advantageous for transportation as Munsan Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line is nearby. Currently, all 92 industrial facility lots have been sold and companies have moved in.
The Pyeongtaek Oseong Industrial Complex is located in Yanggyo-ri, Oseong-myeon, Pyeongtaek City, within 2.5 km radius from Cheongbuk IC on the Pyeongtaek-Anseong Expressway. National Road No. 39 is adjacent, providing excellent transportation infrastructure. Additionally, the nearby Pyeongtaek Hyeongok Industrial Complex offers well-established industrial infrastructure.
The Anseong Wongok Logistics Complex is located in Chilgok-ri, Wongok-myeon, Anseong City, and is an eco-friendly advanced logistics complex established to strengthen domestic logistics industry competitiveness and attract foreign investment. Completed in 2014, large-scale logistics and distribution companies such as Samsung Homeplus Co., Ltd., Descente Co., Ltd., and Coupang Co., Ltd. are currently operating there.
