Doosan Digital Innovation Launches All-in-One HR Platform 'Peoplee'
Providing Solutions for HR Overall Including Recruitment, Performance and Experience Management, and Analytics
Doosan Digital Innovation (DDI) announced on the 3rd that it will launch 'Peoply,' an all-in-one HR platform optimized for domestic companies, based on excellent HR cases from various domestic industries including Doosan Group, manufacturing, finance, and bio.
Peoply is a platform covering all aspects of HR, from basic core HR information management to recruitment, performance management, and analytics. It focuses on managing the employee experience (EX), which is the experience of an employee throughout their relationship with the company. Employee experience was selected as the top priority in workforce management by HR leaders in 2023*, and improving employee experience leads to customer satisfaction, which in turn affects the growth of company sales and profits. Therefore, maintaining a positive relationship from before joining to after leaving the company is essential.
Peoply integrates and provides real-time data across all HR areas including ▲recruitment management ▲onboarding (supporting new employees to adapt to the organization) ▲goal and performance management ▲compensation planning ▲learning management ▲succession management ▲HR administration. Employees can easily and conveniently check HR processes. Through such data analysis and evaluation, HR personnel and leaders can support individual employee growth as well as make strategic decisions regarding human resources.
In particular, the internal recruitment service, which blocks bias by anonymizing key applicant information, and the multi-rater assessment service, which visualizes employee 360-degree feedback results, were directly developed by DDI using SAP’s Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Going forward, DDI plans to provide customized services such as innovation (Process Innovation·PI) consulting for digital transformation of HR systems, internal recruitment, and employee 360-degree assessments through Peoply tailored to each company.
A DDI representative said, "Since COVID-19, more domestic companies are considering revamping their HR management systems, but they face difficulties due to many factors to consider. ‘Peoply,’ created based on the know-how accumulated from building Doosan Group’s domestic and overseas HR systems and excellent cases from domestic companies, will be the optimal solution for companies contemplating HR system reform."
