Uijeongbu National Merit Specialized Housing No. 2 Move-in Ceremony Commemoration
LG Electronics announced on the 3rd that it will support home appliances for households moving into specialized housing for national veterans in honor of the Month of Patriots and Veterans.
To commemorate the move-in ceremony of the second specialized housing for national veterans in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province, called 'Bohun Bogumjari Uijeongbu,' held on the 4th, LG Electronics will present home appliances as gifts. They will provide 37 units of the LG Tromm WashTower Compact, refrigerators, air conditioners, and more.
The LG Tromm WashTower Compact is a one-body washer-dryer with reduced size and capacity designed for households with small laundry loads or limited laundry room space. It is a customized gift for elderly single-person households, considering that most residents are elderly single-person households.
Kim Young-rak, Vice President and Head of LG Electronics Korea Sales Headquarters, said, "We are grateful for the noble sacrifices of national veterans," and added, "LG Electronics will continue to carry out various activities to fulfill its corporate social responsibility."

Bohun Bogumjari Uijeongbu is specialized housing for national veterans, where LH purchases newly built houses and rents them at affordable rates to national veterans. The move-in ceremony will be attended by Park Min-sik, Minister of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, Lee Han-jun, President of Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH), Kim Dong-geun, Mayor of Uijeongbu, Vice President Kim Young-rak, as well as veterans and their families moving in.
